Nuboso was born from a feeling.

The feeling of walking through the mist, hearing the rain fall over the forest, discovering impossible colors hidden between the mountains, and realizing that Costa Rica is not simply a destination, but a deeply living experience.

From the very beginning, we knew we did not want to create generic souvenirs.
We wanted to design products capable of capturing what it truly feels like to connect with a place.

That is how Nuboso began.

A brand inspired by the biodiversity, species, and landscapes that make the cloud forest — and Costa Rica itself — feel unlike anywhere else in the world.

Every collection is born from observing nature in its purest form: birds hidden between the trees, amphibians beside the rivers, orchids blooming through the mist, the sound of rain over the forest, and the small details that often become the most meaningful memories of a journey.

Behind Nuboso are Andrés Rodríguez and Kimberly Corrales, building this project from Costa Rica with the vision of creating something authentic, creative, and sustainable for the long term.

After years working in tourism, Andrés came to understand something important: people are not only looking to take home a souvenir — they want to take home an emotion, a story, and a genuine connection to the place they visited.

But Nuboso was also born during a moment of change.

After losing his job, Andrés decided to fully commit to this dream and dedicate all of his energy to building the projects and ideas he had imagined for years. What could have become a difficult chapter instead became the motivation to create something meaningful of his own, inspired by nature and everything that makes Costa Rica special.

Kimberly brings sensitivity, creativity, and a fresh perspective that helps transform every idea into products that feel intentional, modern, emotionally connected to nature, and true to the essence of the brand.

Together, we began building Nuboso as a project capable of growing over time without losing what makes it special: creating products inspired by nature while giving something positive back to it.

That vision gave life to Nuboso Regenerates, our environmental commitment focused on supporting reforestation and ecosystem restoration projects across Costa Rica alongside organizations like Fundación Bosque Vivo.

We believe that a brand inspired by nature should also help protect it.

That is why we are committed to building a stable, responsible, and long-term project — creating products that connect with people while positively contributing to the ecosystems that inspire everything we do.

Nuboso exists for those who feel connected to places, not only for those who visit them.
